Brasserie Fouquet’s at Fouquet’s New York

This luxury eco-friendly hotel sits next to the Brooklyn Bridge so if you stay here, request a room with a view, grab a cocktail on the roof at sunset then be sure to dine at The Osprey. Located on the ground floor, The Osprey features creative, locally-sourced food from Australian chef Dan Churchill, including miso-cucumber salad, grilled octopus with eucalyptus butter, sriracha cod, and an outstanding roasted chicken that comes with tabbouleh. Desserts are in line with the fresh and flavorful theme: olive oil cake, peaches and cream and more.

Temple Court and Le Gratin at The Beekman

Capturing the glamour of old-world New York City, the lobby at The Beekman is a site to behold. You might feel you’ve stepped back in time with its luxurious 19th century design and decadent decor. A factory that opened in 1901 turned current-day boutique hotel, the Wythe Hotel embraces both elegance and sustainability. Le Crocodile, the hotel’s restaurant, has received high accolades from both the Michelin guide and The New York Times. This swanky brasserie serves all meals, including breakfast and “aprés-midi” small meals, but it really shines at dinner when you can sip a Spritz au Crocodile or Wythe Negroni along with Jonah crab and avocado, a classic Waldorf salad, salmon tartare with Japanese cucumbers, bistro steak frites and other modern French dishes. The strawberry tres leches cake is a must for dessert.
