During my Q&A with celebrity chef Linnea Johansson, I found out she’s hosting a cocktail party tonight at Sotheby’s in NYC. The auction is going to benefit a charity organization, DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS). One of the items up for bidding: a rare bottle of Cherry Heering from the 1890s. It’s considered an original cherry liqueur.
