It was one of those days again. Gray. Rainy. Couldn’t take the toddler-who-loves-to-run-around to the playground. We, the normally peripatetic duo, stayed in and entertained ourselves, while I drank a lot of tea. And to me, a cup of tea isn’t complete without warm, foamy milk, so this Aerolatte Milk Frother
has become one of my must-have kitchen gadgets. It’s hard to believe this small non-steam device would churn out such impressive froth, but indeed it does. I’ve found it works better with whole milk, not skim. It comes in a few colors, but I bought mine (see above) in “Moo.” It’s most definitely a Busy Hedonist favorite.
