Sometimes mussels and frites, plus a glass of wine, is all you need for dinner, and it’s what I recommend at Le P’tit Paris. This wasn’t my favorite French bistro, but as they say in France, it was “agréeable.” Read my review in Papermag.com for more suggestions.
