There is no better time to dip a mother-of-pearl spoon into some creamy caviar than New Year’s Eve, or better yet, during an at home brunch the next day. And while some might be daunted by this luxury food—how to eat it, which type to buy, the essential accoutrements, etc.—there is no reason to feel intimidated.
